Day 4: Thhhrrussst!

So today we started off with squats to warm up and did some overhead presses.  All this time I’ve been doing it the wrong way!  Good thing Keith was there to teach me how to do it right.  The challenge came when we had to do ‘Thrusters’.  Oh boy, I thought the overhead presses were hard enough but combining squats and overhead presses! Ultimate excercise right there!  I am proud that I did more reps of pullups than I did last week in Day 1! :D  Although I didn’t exactly finish the stated reps once again…tired as fcuk and my arms felt like jello!  But…That’s my goal on Wednesday, to finish the reps no matter how long it takes…haha oh boy!
